Triple Juniper and beyond
Never Never Distilling Co was founded in 2016 by friends Sean Baxter, George Georgiadis and Tim Boast. In just a few years it became one of the most decorated gin distilleries in the country, with its flagship Triple Juniper Gin winning Best Classic Gin at the World Gin Awards and being named the best gin on earth at international spirit competitions.
The distillery door
The Never Never distillery door operates inside the Chalk Hill Collective at 56 Field Street, McLaren Vale, sharing a building with Chalk Hill Wines. Visitors can sample the full range of Never Never gins, barrel-aged expressions, and seasonal limited-edition releases. Walk-ins welcome but bookings recommended, especially on weekends.
